Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls / emails and all other communications to customer for service-related items
- Responsible for booking all service calls and other work related by service technicians
- Maintain proper paperwork and work orders for services.
- Update service Director of sales and service on services as needed and for outstanding service
- Complete all items for orders that required a service technician
General Labour Positions
Dalmen Windows & Doors is currently looking to fill 7 – 10 general labour positions to join our team.
Training will be provided for all interested people.
KEY ACCOUTABILITIES
Safely operate Dalmen equipment and other duties such as clean-up and general maintenance of the production plant equipment.
- Attend safety meetings and ensures all tasks are always completed in a safe and professional manner

Experience, Qualification and Education
Safety certifications preferred (e.g. First Aid / CPR, fall protection, confined Space).
- Ability to work independently in a team and safety focused environment
- Physical demands requirements
- Must be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must be cleared to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Must be capable of working extended hours and variable shifts.
