Located at the heart of St.Isidore, Ontario, just minutes outside of Ottawa, Dalmen Products Ltd. (o/a Dalmen Windows and Doors) has been manufacturing Windows and Doors since 1973 in over 100,000 sq. ft. facilities.

Chris Papineau
Managing Director and Co-Founder
Throughout his career, Chris has been making homes better for the families that live in them.
It all started when he was just 11 years old, when he and his family moved from Canada to Bermuda, where he was first exposed to the business. Chris went on to work for a custom home building company for ten years, and expanded on his skills and experience with additional college education. When he moved back to Canada in 2008, Chris worked in a variety of trades jobs before working with a Toronto-based windows and doors company. Taking on three territories and immersing himself in the industry, Chris was hooked.
Four years later, Chris was approached by Dalmen, who had sparked a partnership with their sister company to handle sales and installations. Chris signed on and flourished, bringing his immense passion for design and creating energy efficient products to his new role.
Chris’ professionalism and passion for his work has helped Dalmen build trust, confidence, and credibility amongst its clients. His vision for Dalmen is to expand the company an experienced crew and maintain a strong presence in Ottawa’s architectural home building industry.
Britt Moore
Sales Consultant
In a career that began in the swimming pool and hot tub industry, Britt has gained over 30 years of professional sales experience. He joined Dalmen Pro in 2004.
Britt has found his success through giving careful attention both to detail and to the needs of customers, combined with his friendly approach to customer service—often described by many as “a breath of fresh air.”
He lives with his wife and two children in Kanata, where he’s actively involved in both the community and charities. He likes to spend the rest of his time playing hockey and spending quality time with his family.

Since joining the Dalmen Pro team, Sarah has demonstrated how invaluable she is to the company. With a background in finance, she developed her skills and knowledge working for RBC.
At Dalmen Pro, her roles have covered everything from client relations and customer support to finances and accounting.
As a proud mother, Sarah makes use of her multitasking skills daily at Dalmen Pro. She is known around the office as a personable, friendly, and easy-to-talk-to team member and has a knack for finding solutions to some of the toughest problems.

Our Installation Team
Our team of installers take great pride in what they do. Our installation experts are carefully selected, properly trained and SAWDAC-certified to ensure every project gets done the way our client wants it to. Not only do they see the bigger picture, but they possess an acute attention-to-detail to ensure that every job is done perfectly. They thoroughly clean the job site after every install so that our clients don’t have to.
